The HalleluYah Scriptures project initially made two small print runs, the costs of which were quite high as they were by no means large.
The most recent print run and the largest to date ended up being $2.70 each for the soft covered editions on invoice as we had the large print, PU leather and Pocket Edition added to the print run which gave us a better price due to the bulk order of paper ordered. This has, and will enable us to give even more free copies to those in desperate need. This will not always be the case as we printed all the new books like large print and pocket edition at the same time.

The $2.70 did not cover the final shipping costs, the re-direction shipping costs in the USA and shipping to other postal agents worldwide, nor the packaging, labeling and shipping inside the USA. Neither does this cover the cost of pay pal, bank fees or taxes that have to be paid as we are not a 501C3 (govt controlled) ministry. In a number of cases the printers have had to bill us extra shipping costs after the shipments have gone because of changes to the shipping.

WHAT NEEDS TO BE CONSIDERED.

What most are not aware of is that shipping to Canada is over $13.80 a copy and shipping outside the USA for one copy is $23.00 per single copy when sending copies for free to countries we do not have postal agents.

There are also times where we send 10 to 20 copies of the HS outside the USA freely, and that has cost the project $200.00 a box. Until recently we found we could send 10 copies of HS freely for $79.95 which has worked out a better price and will save us around $40.00 for sending 20 copies. There are also costs for larger shipments to places like Africa, Philippines, India and other places that have to be accounted for, and we are planning a lot more of these in the near future.

There are also shipping costs to other parts of the world to postal agents so that they can fulfill orders,  there is a lot to take into account and in some cases it costs the project even more but we save in other areas. We send larger shipments to different countries and then they have to fulfil any orders we get in those countries so those shipping costs have to be covered. For example, we send a large shipment to Kenya which costs quite a bit to ship, then when orders come in for parts of Africa our Kenya postal agents has to send the orders out. We had one shipment to a fellowship in Nigera which cost $150.00 – so there is the printing, customs, shipping to the USA, then shipping to Kenya and then Kenya postal agents fulfils orders for parts of Africa. The total is much more than $10.00usa each.
It is not our intention to ‘overcharge’ anyone so all these things have to be considered, so we maintain that the total costs are indeed around $10.00 per copy. We have even included the Name Meanings book into the most recent orders, in particular the Large Print, because we feel it is important and in part, due to the cheaper cost of this newer printing. This happens in a number of countries we have postal agents in.

We will be printing in the USA shortly and the costs for a single copy has increased, although we will be able to receive bulk printings faster as the needs are greater. The cost will be well over $5.00 to print and ship to our postal agents with postage and packaging (bubble bags cost around 50 cents as we double bag the orders and tape them well) on top of that to send them individually, but we will get them faster, so orders will not be held up.

All HalleluYah Scriptures are offered on a donation basis when they are in stock and we have the final costings. We receive a quote, but until we finally receive the shipment we are unable to put a final total per copy on costings due to a number of variable costs involved. Once these books are in stock like the Large Print, Pocket Edition and new Books, we then offer them all on a donation basis.
In the case of overestimating we attempt to contact all those who have pre-donated and offer a refund or a free copy of an extra-Biblical book. It is never our intention to mislead regarding the cost of this translation, but only to give an estimate to donors as to how much it costs to provide copies for those who cannot afford. We are accountable first and foremost to Father YHWH Almighty and our concience is clear.

Please note that most of the soft covered editions are given FREE to brethren who are in genuine need or who are truly poor. This has increased more and as we get more stock, we can offer more freely to the genuine needy.
We stand by the biblical principle of distributing HalleluYah Scriptures for FREE to those who cannot afford, while it is supported by those who can.

LINKS TO OTHER MINISTRIES

HalleluYah Scriptures maintains that it is a separate, stand-alone ministry and is not affiliated or associated with any other ministry, group or fellowship and has no doctrinal stance. We do not desire to teach anyone as we believe the Father does that through His Ruach.
There are around 50 volunteers within the HS project and a number of them may help with their fellowship/group or ministry, but it is not advertised by HS project as this is His Word. We do not link to anyone on the site and stay free from doctrines as different people are at different places in their walk and that is between them and the Father.
We have been approached by a number of people over the past 3 years asking us if they can use the HalleluYah Scriptures version in their book, video, audio and/or web site. We have given permission to those people as they would otherwise have had to use a version that is not pure.
If a person or ministry uses the HalleluYah Scriptures version on their YouTube video, web site or book it does not mean we believe or support what they are promoting, and we have no control over what others believe. There are over 5000 people on Facebook and other social networks using and quoting the HalleluYah Scriptures and many of them may have different view points.
It is important that if you do not receive your order that you come to us and find out why.
Please do not judge the HalleluYah Scriptures on what other people think, do or say, as the main focus of this ministry is to get His Word out to those that have never seen, nor owned a copy and have no means of affording. With others using the HalleluYah Scriptures in their work, we see it as another avenue of getting the information out about the HalleluYah Scriptures.
