There are days in ministry that shine with a special light—days when the hand of YHWH is seen so clearly, so beautifully, so tenderly, that everyone who witnesses it feels deeply moved. This special visit to a Torah-teaching school in Africa was one of those days. It was a visit supported by believing brothers whose hearts were stirred by YHWH to help our team go out with HalleluYah Scriptures and children’s books and to place them into the hands of children hungering for His Word. The project has helped a huge amount of schools and missionaries around the world who are spreading His Word and Truth. We also thank all the supporters of HalleluYah Scriptures as you help to provide all the materials for the children.
From the very beginning, this trip felt different. The atmosphere was filled with anticipation, prayer, and the quiet assurance that YHWH was preparing something extraordinary. Even as the materials were being packed, the HalleluYah Scriptures, children’s books, learning tools, there was a sense of joy and purpose, knowing that these gifts carried more than pages and ink—they carried the Word of YHWH, capable of transforming hearts and guiding lives. Each book was carefully handled, prayed over, and placed into boxes with expectation that YHWH’s Word would take root in young hearts.
As the team journeyed to the school, the excitement continued to build. This school was unlike many others in the region. It was a school committed to teaching the Torah, honouring Shabbath, and helping the young ones grow in righteousness. In many places across Africa, such schools are rare. Families often lack these materials, and many children grow up never having a copy of YHWH’s Word. But here, the teachers had committed their lives to training up children.
Mishlĕy /Proverbs 22:6: “Train up a child in the way he should go, Even when he is old, he turns not away from it.”
This was not just an educational institution, it was a place where the Light of YHWH’s truth shone brightly, even in the midst of challenges. And our team was honoured to be invited to pour into this precious group of children and teachers. Schools are rare like this so we feel it is important to support and encourage.
THE SUPPORT OF THE BROTHERS: A BERAḴAH OF UNITY
This entire mission was made possible because of devoted brothers who stepped forward with love and generosity. They understood the need. They saw the hunger for the Word. And they wanted to ensure that the children and teachers could receive HalleluYah Scriptures freely, without cost, just as the ministry has always done.
Their support reflected the heart of Tehillim/Psalm 133: “See how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to dwell together in unity!”
These brothers not only provided the resources needed for travel and distribution but also offered prayers, encouragement, and spiritual covering for the team. Their unity with the mission team created a powerful foundation for the work YHWH intended to do at the school.
It is important to acknowledge that the HalleluYah Scriptures ministry thrives through the love and obedience of believers around the world—brothers and sisters who partner with us, pray with us, and stand with us. Without them, countless children, widows, orphans, schools, assemblies, and prisoners would not receive free copies of the HalleluYah Scriptures or teaching materials.
This visit was one beautiful example of what happens when YHWH brings hearts together for His esteem.
PREPARATION FOR THE JOURNEY: PRAYER, PACKING, AND PRAISE
The preparation for this special visit felt almost like a celebration in itself. The team gathered to pack the materials, and the atmosphere was filled with joy and expectancy. Boxes of HalleluYah Scriptures were arranged with care. Children’s books were sorted and prepared. Materials were added to the supplies. And throughout the process, prayers were lifted up continually.
Every copy placed inside the boxes was prayed over: That YHWH would guide it to the right child. That Ruacḥ ha’Qodesh would breathe understanding into young hearts. That the Word would root deeply and bear fruit. That the school would grow stronger in Torah. That the teachers would be uplifted and supported. 1Jn_2:27 “But the anointing which you have received from Him stays in you, and you have no need that anyone should teach you. But as the same anointing teaches you concerning all, and is true, and is no falsehood, and even as it has taught you, you stay in Him.”
Packing day became a moment of fellowship, laughter, unity, and deep gratitude. The team sensed that this visit would be different, and they felt honoured to be part of YHWH’s work in this way and to be used as vessels for His Name’s sake.
THE JOURNEY TO THE SCHOOL: ANTICIPATION AND JOY
As the team traveled to the school, the scenery changed from busy roads to quieter, rural stretches. Children could be seen in the distance walking home, herding animals, or helping their families. For many of these children, books of any kind are rare. Families often survive on very little, and spiritual resources are considered a luxury.
This made the mission all the more urgent.
With every kilometer, the team felt their hearts swell with gratitude for the opportunity to bring YHWH’s Word to such a precious community. The closer they got, the more they encountered groups of children heading toward the school, as though the whole community knew something special was about to happen. And indeed, something very special was waiting.
ARRIVAL AT THE SCHOOL: A WELCOME FILLED WITH PRAISE
When the team arrived at the school gates, they were greeted by one of the most beautiful scenes they had ever witnessed. A huge number of children and teachers had gathered—far more than expected. Their faces were glowing with excitement. Some were singing. Others were clapping. Many were smiling with overwhelming joy.
Tehillim/Psalm 147:1 “HalleluYah! For it is good to sing praises to our Elohim. For it is pleasant – praise is fitting.”
The atmosphere was filled with much celebration from the moment the team stepped foot on the grounds. The children didn’t wait quietly, they ran forward with open arms, eager to welcome the guests that YHWH had sent.
The teachers stood proudly behind them, their hearts full of gratitude. The principal came forward with a humble smile, expressing words of thanks and acknowledging YHWH’s goodness in allowing such a visit to take place.
THE ATMOSPHERE OF THE DAY: JOY, GLADNESS, AND ESTEEM TO YHWH
The joy in the air was contagious. The team could not help but smile, clap, and join in the celebration. There was dancing, singing, praying, and praising—everything centered around YHWH, His goodness, and His Word.
This moment was unlike anything the team had experienced before. Even though the HalleluYah Scriptures project has visited many schools, orphanages, assemblies, and communities over the years, there was something distinctly special about this one.
The sense of unity was strong. The joy was overflowing. The presence of YHWH’s Ruacḥ was undeniable. YHWH truly received esteem that day.
A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE
There was something profoundly impactful about the atmosphere, the unity, the excitement, and the spiritual hunger of the children and teachers. Here are a few ways it stood out: The children’s excitement was overwhelming. The teachers had prepared spiritually for the visit. The principal’s humility and gratitude set a beautiful tone. The school’s commitment to Torah and Shabbath made the visit overwhelmingly beautiful.
The joyous welcome created an atmosphere of praise from the beginning. This school was not just receiving books; they were embracing the Word of YHWH with their whole hearts.
Time seemed to flow differently in that qodesh space. Moments of teaching and sharing alternated with songs and spontaneous prayers, and yet, nothing felt rushed or forced. The presence of YHWH was evident in the smiles of the children, in the laughter of the teachers, and in the quiet satisfaction of the team members who had travelled to serve. It was a day when shamayim and earth seemed to meet, when the Word of YHWH moved freely and unrestrained, leaving a permanent mark on every soul present.
Throughout the day, the team was reminded again and again that the work of sharing Mashiaḥ is everlasting and transformative. The impact of the visit would not end with the closing of the school gates; it would ripple outward, touching families, communities, and generations. The joy of children learning, the dedication of teachers instructing, and the undeniable support of brothers and sisters all combined to create a living witness of YHWH’s goodness. When the time came to hand out the HalleluYah Scriptures and children’s books, the excitement intensified. Children lined up eagerly, some jumping with anticipation. Many had never owned a personal copy or even a children’s book of their own.
As each child received a book, their eyes lit up. Some hugged their books. Others opened them immediately, flipping through the pages with curiosity and joy and it became clear that this moment would leave a permanent imprint. Some children immediately opened their new HalleluYah Scriptures, turning pages with delicate care, whispering verses under their breath, while others clutched them to their chest, their eyes wide with wonder.
Laughter and whispers filled the classrooms as the teachers began to read and explain passages, bringing the Torah, the Shabbath teachings, and stories of belief to life in ways that connected with young hearts. Each interaction revealed the living nature of YHWH’s Word, a Word that speaks across generations, that breathes hope into the present and prepares the way for the future. Teachers received their HalleluYah Scriptures with reverence, knowing how much these materials would support their work. and YHWH received all the esteem.

Their eyes lit up when they heard Torah verses. Their hearts were tender. They clapped with enthusiasm when songs of praise were sung.

THE TEACHERS: OBEDIENT SERVANTS OF THE FATHER
Another remarkable aspect of the visit was the dedication of the teachers. They were humble, kind, and passionate about teaching Torah to the next generation and they teach with excellence and love. Yet they teach obediently through love, knowing the responsibility YHWH has placed upon them.
When the team handed them HalleluYah Scriptures copies, several teachers became emotional. Some held the Scriptures to their chests. Others raised their hands in praise. The team saw tears of joy from teachers who had prayed for these resources for years.
This visit strengthened them. It encouraged them. It reminded them that YHWH sees their sacrifices.

The team understood the value of every children’s book placed in a child’s hands would meet a deep and genuine need of spiritual growth in Mashiaḥ.
